Hello,
Here is the latest mod from the operating table of basement boxes. I call it the green goblin variable volt. It's a variable voltage box bod. Voltage goes from 1.3-7.3 volts with the adjustment knob. Easily adjustable with the thumbwheel. It features an on/off switch for safe storage, a power on led, and bright fire led. We are selling this for $45 shipped batteries not included. It runs off 2x 14500 protected batteries. Pictures below.

I just recieved the Green Goblin from Home - Welcome to (Basement Box Mods) about an hour ago.

This mod was 45 dollars shipped and took only a few days to recieve.

I've had a chance to check the voltage reading with a Joker voltage unit and the
range is 3.6 to a whopping 8 volts! The adjustments are quick, meaning it only takes
a touch to change. It appears to be tight and probably won't change voltages as
easily as the LS.

The Goblin came packaged adequately, but it would be a good idea to have a little experience
with VV devices since there were no instructions. This is a straight forward device and
if needed, basement boxes will and does answer questions quickly when PM'd from this forum.

Pros: As advertised, vv device using two 14500 batteries.
Green LED on indicator
Green LED indicator when fire button is pushed. This light gets brighter when pushed
as the voltage demand gets greater.
Will sit flat, on end or on side due to the rectangular body construction.
Price seemed to be good for my purposes.

Cons: As recieved, one of the negative contacts was lacking the extra "dob" of solder
in order to assist in or complete the battery connection. This was temporarily
corrected with a folded piece of foil.
Although it would obviously take away from the name, the green LED lights are not
needed and may speed the depletion of the batteries.
If the LED's were left off, that would enable Basement Boxes to spend a little more
on the battery connection springs, etc. and keep this nifty mod in the competitive
market.

That's it for now. Great mod for a great price.
Would I recomend this mod? Yes.
Excellent first work and looking forward to new and improved mods!

Thanks everyone for your kind words. Glad to see my work so well received. Have parts that should be in tomorrow to assemble 2 more mods. Enough regulators to do either 1vv and 1 5v or 2 5v. Translucent blue and white are the boxes I'm reveiving. (stopped ordering black because the quality I am receiving now isn't the same as before and I only wanna offer the best to you folks). I have violet uv LEDs and slow/fast color change LEDs on the way as well. So tomorrow will spent in the lab assembling away. As always feel free to pm me. I do custom orders as well but the turn around time is a little longer because of waiting for parts to be delivered. Anyhow thanx again everyone! Your enthusiasm and enjoyment of my works makes all this so worth the effort!
