New version of iStick 50W?

With all the firing issues with the istick 50W i was hesitant to get it instead of the Kbox Nano.

However, on Canvape it shows a "V2" with an updated circuit board memory. Is this a version with updates related to firing issues?

I looked on the eleaf web site and can't find anything about a version 2. I would be interested if it was true but would be hesitant to buy a older one.
