New Volcano Inferno, need an atty?

Hi all, first post here, or on any forum, really, I was never into the forums but I figure I'll give it a go.

So about three or four weeks ago I got my new Volcano Inferno with the tankomizers, and I absolutely love it. I'm still experimenting with juices, only tried a few, and I'll probably poke around to see if I can find some I'd like better, but I bought this to help me quit smoking and it's actually helping immensely.

So my real question here has to do with the atomizers. I hear that the battery fits most any 510 atomizer, and I wanted to try a "normal" atty with a drip tip to see what it was like in comparison to the tanks. also the tankomizer seems to give out on me every once in a while? Sometimes the atty will give me vapor coming in, but nothing ever leaves my lungs, and gives a terrible hit. Is this normal, and has anyone else experienced it with this atty? I may just need to get a new one already

You can use a regular Atomizer for the inferno bats...make sure you have reg carts too

I've actually got an Inferno-T in front of me as I type this. I don't have any kind of issue with vapor. Mine puts out quite a lot of vapor, actually.

What kind of e-juice are you using? Is it all PG?

Does your Inferno-T have a very tight draw? If so, you may need to clean your atomizer.

Thanks for the reply, guys, I actually scrapped my tankomizer. I cleaned and cleaned it, messed with the wick to make sure it was in the right place, tried all kinds of stuff, and couldn't get it to work well at all. I still have it and it still works, kinda, but after getting a few attys and cartomizers, I don't even touch it anymore.
The juice I was using was VG actually. I quickly discovered I didn't like PG much.
And thanks for confirming it was a reg 510 connection, newbie here ^-^
