I may have to go that route...really, really, REALLY don't want to lol. I don't mind some yard to have someone take care of...my crippled self isnt going out there and cutting it unless I get a nice riding lawn mower lol. I would have been more partial to that had I not have fallen in love with this house. My thoughts were to rent it for a year and if still staying here think about buying after that but can't make myself
buy when I have not lived around here at all. I hate shared walls, there are some houses that can work but got to teach the girlfriend how to shoot before that can happen. Not in bad areas (though crime in the region is quite high) but with many having a mainly glass door in the back going right to the master bedroom I just have to consider it especially considering I will have periods of going to other offices. Every realtor in the area swears this is the lowest they've ever seen the house rental inventory since they have been working around here and nobody knows why...other than that people are insisting on selling instead of leasing. Which is also why the ones in good safe areas are generally gone same day they are listed.
