Yeah, strout really wanted a damascus but said that one on fb would be ok. I thought the mokume looked like damascus so better on a kcvo.

I forgot about the "or a Damascus-ish" part of his request. It's perfect.

White mokume doesn't have the black in it like Damascus does. I'm waiting for a small white mokume ming myself. Lot of hourglasses lately and those just wouldn't fit with what i have at the moment.
