I have to agree with slaughty, I bought the house next to mine after my neighbor passed away so no one else would buy it. The house is in such rough shape, I've got a guy tearing it down just for the materials. I had no intentions of doing anything with the house, just wanted the extra 2.5 acres.

Slaught, it has been nothing but a headache. The land was overgrown with hedge, underbrush, and damn sweet gum trees everywhere. We've been trying to clear the land without coming out of pocket, so using my dads old 8n lol. We have barely put a dent in it, and its been close to a year lol.

CB, That sucks. Should get some goats and let them devour the vegetation. They don't care what it is, sticker bush? nom nom :) Have a coworker with a farm and that is the basic reason he has them is for them to eat the crap he doesn't want to deal with. Slowly but surely you guys will get it cleared, just a pain in the meantime.
