One of my ankles is twice the size of the other one since the steel plate surgery. Wishing I had not done that, the break and the surgery.

Have then take that crap out Rose. I had a Ti plate and 11 screws in my Tibia when I shattered it. After 2 yrs I had them remove it. Best thing I ever did. Knee still hurts after 5 yrs but not near as bad with the hardware.

Taking it out is usually an outpatient surgery. I went home the same day and walked out. Limped for about a week and been better ever since.

Brett, my BF was having the same problem with his feet swelling very badly...he cut down on his salt intake & more impotantly, his carb intake...it has made a world of difference! Swelled feet can be a sign of the start of Diabetes. May be something worth trying for you at least & a lot cheaper than a bunch of doctor visits.

I feel the same way. I don't think I could have done it without the help this forum has provided. I started with a V2 kit and it wasn't providing enough satisfaction for me. I knew there had to be a better way. I have posted in forums a lot, mostly for fighting games which I still play competitively. I searched "electronic cigarette forum" in google and then I was provided with enough info to totally kick cigs (I'm hoping) for good. So glad I found this thread as well. Such a great little crowd here. Ty bully crew.
