hola bullies. hot dogs and nuggets actually sound good. i just spent 3hrs cooking. made a quiche for dinner and prepped the veggies for some turkey chilli i'll be making in a bit. it'll be my lunch and dinner tomorrow me thinks.

Just did a little yard work and now I am starving. What is for dinner, gang?

I made couscous salad with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, mint, parsley and feta. Also made pitas stuffed with fried tofu and various veggies.

Quiche wasn't bad, but I am no chef. I just throw stuff together to eat for dinner which is also my post workout meal. Been doing low carb for about a year now and slowly making the move to paleo. Which means no more beans. I had to substitute with different filler. Bell peppers, onions, zucchini, and jalapenos were all prepped to be dumped into the pot.

Ah, gotcha. I'm not gonna lie, I had to google the paleo diet. Now I'm on the same page with you.

Steve, yeah I usually put a couple of Seranno peppers, loads of garlic, but I take a different approach with the onions. I use the dehydrated chopped onions to add the onion flavor. I've experimented with my recipe and included chives, brown sugar, and dang near every type of ground meat. Probably my favorite is deer meat chili though. Absolutely phenomenal.

The only reason I'm considering it is I'm within 2 hrs of Atlanta and could drive down for the day. The timing couldn't be worse, as a trip the following weekend has all funds tied up.
