New Years Pairing AKA Can this cure a hangover?

Finca El Valle medium roast and Five Pawn's Bowden's Mate.

Slightly overbrewing the coffee highlights it's dark chocolate notes and adds some extra brightness to the subtle acids. The brash mint and smooth chocolate of Bowden's adds a nice counterpoint to the rich finish of the Coffee.

...still hung over though.

Ouch. My first New Year's resolution is to not be hungover ever again...

A big greasy breakfast. Eggs, bacon biscuits and gravy orange juice, then sleep with three asprin on top of it worked for years for me.
I have no desire to get hammered anymore, to old i guess!

I'm getting to the age where the impending hangover directly impacts the quantity of alcohol I let into my body. Today was the first day I woke up and didn't feel a little "residual" from New Years.
