I am soooo glad that Bloomberg has found a way to prevent adults from using tobacco(and ecigs). As we all know that when you tell an 18 year old that they are too young to do something, they listen.

It should be noted that this is New York City only--laws in the rest of NY stay the same. Still, I think it is quite regrettable. I have read, though I can't attribute, that over half the tobacco products consumed in NYC are either purchased on the black market or are bought out of the city. This will only get worse with the new laws. In any event, I think its a shame to turn adults into criminals for doing what is legal in the rest of the country. Doesn't matter, teenagers will get tobacco products just as they always have.

Yes, this only effects 11 million people out of the 21 million in NYS folks nothing to worry about.
