Hi! Al here, after days of looking and reading I have INFO OVERLOAD!!.. just too much stuff out there
So I ordered the Volt Premium starter kit, looks like the best value to me but I just wanted to get started so I picked the Volt. Hope it comes SOON. I will have lots of questions in the comming months and this looks like the right place

Helllo alb, my best advice is dont worry be happy(shoot me now its ok) find what makes you good today and worry about tomorrow, tomorrow.this is from one who ordered all kinds of stuff , be it diy , 100 flavors, polifill, carts mods etc. Do not over buy its the regret most have. One thing that sticks with me is what is hot today is yesterdays fish.A good juice that doesnt smell like grandma is what worked for me , good luck.

I agree AlB53. There is sooo much information on these fourms. I am thinking about an ego-T for my first vape. I hope it's not too big!!!. Would like to hear what you think of the Volt. (one of the other vapes on my shortlist)

Thanks

I'm an eGo fan, but have heard a bunch of folks have had issues with the tank system on the -T. I don't think this would turn me away from the product though, if the tank system turns out to be junk as many have suggested, then its easy enough (and cheap enough) to toss it and use cartos, or attys. I'm also truly curious if the tank just has a bit of a learning curve that some just don't have the patience for.

There are two kinds of tanks. The tanks that come on Ego-T are just a little larger cartridge. It fits on the atty, doesn't work that well, and is prone to leaks. It will work, but will require fiddling.

The second kind of tank is a carto tank. It's a polycarbonate tube with endcaps that a carto (you have many choices of cartos) fits into. The carto has a small hole punched in it and the tube creates a vacuum that self feeds the eliquid into the carto. These work very well and hold enough eliquid to last all day. The cost is anywhere from 10.00 to 50.00. The main difference between carto tanks is looks, not performance. The tanks will prolong the life of the carto, and you can just replace the carto inside the tank when it quits.

I have enough patience to build my own atties :) Its not so much that T tanks have a learning curve as they can be far too temperamental. Also found that they really mute flavours. Stick a carto on top instead, you will be glad you did.

Grats! I have a good freind with a Volt he loves it. I just ordered a Riva-t today so I am with you on the anticipation. I can't wait for it to get here.
