Newb thinking Go-Go, but might want to drip and battery not big deal

I'm considering buying my first ecig and thinking on getting the Go-Go because I want a mid-range that produces good vapor and people say good things about it. Though I'm not really certain of my style of ecig smoking yet... I'm thinking I would like to start off dripping to find what flavors I like, also not really thinking a long lasting battery is real important for me since I would be happy most of the time just hooked up to my usb port in my computer where I will usually smoke. For someone that thinks they might drip, would there be a better mid range out there? I've heard people taking out the filler out of the cartomizers and dripping into that, but being a newb I don't really know how easy that is and practical. I'm fine with spending between $50-100.

I'm also an on & off smoker of 30 years and will probably continue the on & off trend with vaping... just want to be off analogs permanently. Not really sure if that should effect the type of vape purchase in any way, but just throwing it out there.

I just happen to be dripping for the first time myself.
I bought a KGO from Hoosierecig.com because of all the recommendations here.
I came with 2 atty's with the kits sold there for about 42 bucks.

Actually I found my vaping nirvana when I got some Smoktech 1.7 ohm XL cartos with this device.
Hitting the juice at the wattage created with these (guessing 8-9W) mutes the flavors a little and creates plumes of vapor.

Anyway, the atty's that come with this kit aren't that well thought of here, but I have dripped 2 flavors so far and it's working well. I am fixin' to see how bad the change is from Kona Cream (Vaperight) to Watermelon Frost is.....

I 2nd the Kgo but if you do decide on a PT be forewarned some users have fried their usb ports and sometimes the MB. If using a PT I'd advise buying a 2 Amp USB AC wall plug just to be safe.

I second the wall plug as well....
Last year I picked up a 4 port 2A USB that I charge my phone and other devices with.
Got a 2A 2 port for my car as well.

Anyway I switched from coffee to watermelon and was surprised that not much coffee flavor remained at all.
Yea! No more wasting cartos!

Welcome to ECF & Congratulations on your decision to switch to vaping! Good suggestions on the KGO & excellent recommendations regarding the USB wall plug vs. using a computer port. (If something happens to short out & fry the source, with the wall plug you're out maybe $5 or so on that end of the cable). As for the Go-Go if I'm not mistaken those don't have a 510 threading, which has become fairly standard for most PVs. If it's not a 510 or a KR808-D1 threading I don't know what's available to fit it but I'd expect your options would be somewhat limited without an (inexpensive) adapter. (I've never used adapters so don't know how well they work.)
