Hi y'all, I got my first PV in the mail yesterday!

I must admit it wasn't exactly the smoke I was expecting, more like a hookah than a cigarette.. but not bad. Now I've got to find some liquid that I like.. of the 6 that arrived I only liked one. Who would have thought I hate cigarette taste?

Here's what I need help with: almost every time I stick one of the cartridges in and later try to pull it back out the cap comes off inside the atomizer.. then I have to dig around with tweezers to try to get it back out. I know you guys will know just what I need to fix this, so I humbly ask.. where is the mod or accesory I need for my Joye Ego-T to get around this problem?

Thanks in advance!

I have not had that problem and I use the type B tanks. I know that Cignot.com has the soft silicone caps that replace the plastic ones and they are like $1.50 for 5 caps. I have been usinge them for about a week and have not had any problems with them. But they are a little harder to get on and that shouldl solve the problem that you are having with the caps coming off.

If you want to, you can drip on the T, by pulling the wick-plate out. You want to use something to get in under the slots for air, for grip and traction, rather than using needle-nose pliers on the wick-needle itself, so that you don't scrape up the needle, and put extra wear on the end-cap for the tanks.

It can be a little finicky getting the wick-plate back in; you can use an empty tank to get it back down there; if it doesn't give you that satisfying click back into place, try backing out just a bit, and rotating, and trying again. It will go back in, though.

The dripping is okay-- more flavor, &c. I've asked people here, and people say it's adequate, but not as good as just getting a regular atty and a drip tip.

For my part, I drip only when I'm doing some kind of adjustment to the wick, or after a dry-burn, or after a cleaning cycle, to 'warm it up' and prime it, what not. I yank all of the loose parts out of an empty tank for use when I drip-- not as efficient as a drip-tip, but I'm not gonna get a drip tip, 'til I get a mod-- that's just me, though.

I'm thinking that you could designate an atty for it, by yanking the wick-plate and leaving it out, but at that point, you were probably better off with a regular atty (lots of stuff fits the eGo batt) a drip-tip, and go for it.

I haven't used any regular atties, yet, so I couldn't really suggest what to get.
