Newb with a new Vision Spinner

Is there a right or wrong way to do an initial charge? Should it be on/off? Does it need to be charged before using?
I've got it on the charger now and the charger red light is mostly on but flashes green every second or two. The light in the button is not on.

When I charge mine the light is usually on then goes off but needs to stay on the charger until it is green. I have taken it off the charger when the light goes out and it works fine, but not as long.

just screw it in and when the light turns green ur good to go...dont worry about what its doing while its charging - mine flashes and lights up the room and all this weird stuff...don't worry about it

That's kinda what I did. Just plugged it in and let 'er rip. Appears to be firing the carto fine now. thx

It's gonna seem like an eternity for it to charge. Like others said let it go til its green, but it will work just fine if you have to pull it early. Its a battery remember the deep cycle policy if your impatient atleast give it a good full charge everyonce in awhile, so the battery works the best it can and holds its charge.

Some chargers will blink from red to green when the battery is close to a full charge. As others have aid, wait until it's steady green.
