Oh and I haven't seen much difference in juice quality based on price. Some charge $1 per ml. And to me that seems outrageous. So I buy the cheap stuff from vendors like madvapes where the cost is near 20 cents/ml when getting the 60ml bottle at 6mg strength. The price changes depending on nicotine content and volume. It depends on how much you're willing to spend and how much you will go through. I go through at least 60ml a month and lately closer to 100ml. So I want to keep my costs below what I spent on smoking. I would try to buy juice made in the USA rather than China. Good luck.

thanks so much for the info how many time can a cart be refilled ?

the cart itself can be refilled many many times. (You can replace the filler material to use indefinitely you can find more info around the forum).

There many different atomizer/cartomizers all with different pros/cons and varying longevity. If you are using an atomizer + cart option, The atomizer itself will last anywhere from 1 min to a month or more depending on cleaning. Cartomizers are considered disposable and come in a pack of 5. These generally are designed to have a shorter lifespan. There are so many different cartomizers ("cartos") and atomizers you would have look up info on the differences. Depending on how much you are willing to do to maintain a carto, they can last quite a while. So many different options to try.

I'm a noobie too. Save yourself money and just get an ego-t. Believe me you are gonna be sick of charging batteries if you get anything smaller. I started with lots of "real cig looking and feeling" ecigs and after awhile of vaping you don't care about that anymore. I could have saved a lot of money.

K*rose is right. At least for me vaping is a different animal than smoking. Vaping replaces cigarettes more than just a replacement for nicotine. After a couple weeks looking like a cig doesn't matter at all. I would get a large battery device. Many like ego's. I personally would get an e-power. I have many mods.. provari, joker av, roughstack v2, box mods, passthroughs, 808 and 510 batts ect... If I had to pick one as the best when looking at cost/performance the e-power is the best. It is regulated to 3.7v (most ego's are 3.2v) and uses a 1300mah 14650 li-ion battery. Unlike ego's it has a replaceable battery. 1 battery lasts me all day, and I vape quite a bit. A 510 to 808 adapter will let you vape on whatever atty or carto you want. It only costs ~$23 from gotvapes (unit only) and another $15 for two batteries and a charger (madvapes) And I would put it up against ant of my $150+ mods. I like my variable voltage devices but when it comes down to what I "need" the e-power is it. The only downside is not being able to use ego attachments. (although I think you could with a 510 extension.) The maxi roughstack v2 from madapes comes in second with the ability to do 3.7, 5, 6, or 7.4v at a cheap price. After a few years of vaping when someone asks what they should get to start I will always recommend the e-power

Happy vaping! :vapor:

ps.. what ever you decide.. DO NOT GET A BLU! Anyone here will tell you that is about the absolute worst e-cig and waste of your money. But the PCC (personal charging case) is a great idea. Most vendors have something similar.

Sorry, Pop, but I am going to have to disagree with you here. After smoking three packs a day for over fifty years, I quit instantly using blu almost two years ago, and I still recommend them for newbies for two really good reasons.

Blu will actually give you a full refund during the first 30 days and they guarantee all working parts for one full year from date of purchase. After 30 days you are not eligible for refunds but you can get multiple replacements. I am just as much a chain vaper as I was a chain smoker. I went through batteries and atomizers (before blu changed to cartomizers) every few months and they replaced them just like clockwork no questions asked no matter how many times I sent them back for a full year. Plus they offer free shipping.

I once sent back two batteries and four atomizers in one mailing and received all replacements in less than two weeks. I would still be using blu if they had not eliminated the original atomizers.

Although I might not recommend them for an experienced vaper, if you are new to vaping having a money back guarantee is a big Plus.

My story is the same as many here. I started out with a device that looked like cigarette, and soon got tired of the "battery game" of recharging so often and for so long. Within a week, I got the eGo and I love it!

As a side note, my hubby quit smoking 2 1/2 years ago and is still using ncotine gum and smoking the occasional chocolate cigar. He got an ego along with me, and he loves it, too. No more nic gum or cigars, he's come over from the dark side.

ok thanks all now i have some things to look at now on to the juice i see that's there pg ,vg whats that also is there one brand better that others ? im looking for something that tastes like Marlboro lights to start

This may or may not apply to you, but it certainly did/does me....My juices are VERY subjective. I have ONE that I like. I have two more that are tolerable. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining--it's just that my taste buds I guess must be FRIED after years of smoking analogs. I've been vaping since 2009 and it still hasn't changed. Many of the flavors that I'm interested in taste "perfumey" and "chemical-ish" and I just can't gag them down.

I've been reading this forum for quite awhile and I rarely if ever see anyone mention that they have a problem with flavors like I have. I only say this because even if you find one or many that you like, it's RARE that you'll say that they taste "just like a Marb Red or whatever"

just sayin'
;)

Argh!!! Not encouraging....LOL...I am 5 months in, and have yet to taste/smell much of anything. If I do, it may be for only a couple of draws. I guess a positive I don't get that "perfumey" and "chemical-ish" taste that much either. When I see these reviews with all these nuances of flavors, etc, I can not even fathom it. I would like to find just one that I could really taste/smell for a length of time. Do not care yet for fruits, deserts, mint, etc. Tobacco flavors seem to be only ones that I care for when I can sense a taste or smell. Good to know I am not alone....

I tried tobacco flavors in the beginning myself. Problem is that the tobacco flavors never really taste like tobacco cigs do. Most people try to find a flavor like what they smoked, but seldom find it in vapor flavors. Sometimes the very flavors you think you won't like turn out to be the ones you like the best. You mentioned fruits, deserts, mint, and tobacco flavors, but you didn't mention coffee flavors. Have you tried any coffee flavors? I am a heavy coffee drinker, but I was absolutely sure that I only wanted to drink my coffee, not vape it. Yep, you guest it, coffee flavors have been my favorite for months now.

I have been vaping for almost 2 years, and I have tried a lot of different flavors, but the strongest flavor I have found so far is Keoke Coffee by Lor Ann Oils.

Just don't get discouraged and don't be afraid to try a new flavor even if you think you won't like it. Someday you will get very pleasantly surprised by how well you end up liking a new flavor.

EDIT: I guess I should mention that the Keoke Coffee is a flavor not an e-juice. I never buy pre-mixed flavors anymore.

Well, I'll tell you what I like and you're welcome to give it a try??

Vapor Station out of Texas sells the one I prefer over all others....Peach. The strange part is, is I don't even care for peaches! LOL

My second go to....Vapor Station Texas flavor...It's the closest I've found to a Marb Silver 100 which is what I smoked for years.

Vapor Station

I still envy all the members here that talk and talk about this flavor and that flavor....they all sound so yummy, but after spending $$$'s on juices from reputable company after reputable company, I just gave up. But cheer up....I'm the only person on here that's been that extreme. ;)

With flavors the only way to find one you like is to try try try... Find good deals on many small bottles and go to town. I wouldn't have thought I'd end up with a mint, but it's now my all day vape. Or a floral juice with cinnamon in it. Just no way to know. Just keep trying flavors and at some point you will end up with just a few keepers.
