I have been obsessed with this forum for a few weeks now. I did not want to post anything until I was confident that using a PV was the right choice for me. I was a PAD analog user.
In my very first order I received my 510 kit from ZIGCIGS and have not had an analog since the batteries were charged. My kit came with six batts and attys. It is a fine kit, but I did not like the amount of time of usage I got with the batts. I also got the 510 PT, which is a wonderful invention. I ordered some juice from ZigCigs, and the flavors are awesome. My favs are Hazelnut coffee, Menthol Tobacco, Chocolate Banana, and Orange Creamsicle. The only downfall is that it only comes in 0 and 12 nic levels. The 12 nic must have been weak for me, because I had to vape constantly to satisfy my cravings. The little bugger never left my hand! On my second order I purchased a charger that holds 10 510 batts, which I really like. Before I got this charger, I had chargers all over my kitchen. I also ordered a few larger batts for the 510, which gave me a little more vaping time. Shipping time and customer service has been excellent.
Knowing that I needed more nic, my third order went to Tasty Vapor. I read EVERY review on TV's flavors and ordered the following. Atomic Cinnacide (my favorite), Tasty Finger (yummy), Pina Colada (light, but good), Mojito (good, but I think it needs some time to age), Spiced Rum (Fabulous), Geoff's Blend (second fav). All are 24 nic and 80pg/20vg. I think the 24 might be a little too strong for me. I get a head buzz if I vape too fast. I am going to order some doublers, so I can make them 18mg nic, which might be my target. I found the AC had a strong perfume flavor and smell, but once I let it rest and breath, it was much better. TV's customer service and shipping are excellent. I love the fact that they ship their product in boxes.
After realizing that the 510 was not for me, my fourth order went to Good Prophets. I purchased the EGO Maniac kit which had the EGO attys and carts. Love it! I did the simple cart mod and the carts are lasting much longer than my 510's. My order from GP was a big one. I did get a few 510 LR attys, but I find that the juices that have a more delicate flavor have a burned taste. I will save my LR's for a more powerful juice. I also ordered: EGO PT (wonderful), 510 mega attys (like more than reg atty), 900 Ego batt (more vaping time), VG juices (not a big fan of VG, need more flavor), Cartos for 510 and EGO (have not used them yet), Drip Tips for the 510 and Ego (really like the full flavor of dripping), and assorted carts, covers, and DIY. Rob at GP even threw in some free goodies to my order. Their customer service and shipping are excellent. Rob responds immediately to any questions, even in the middle of the night.
I truly thought my purchasing was over for a while, but then I saw that Liberty Flights had a sale on Ego kits for $39.99. I got 2, one for my mother and a spare for me. Shipping was very fast.
So far I have definitely spent more on my new vaping endeavor than I have saved on not buying analogs, but I now have enough supplies to last me quite a while. The only thing I will need to purchase in the immediate future is my juices. I truly love the idea of being able to vape and not putting all those chemicals in my body at the same time. I am a 2 time breast cancer survivor, and in my brain I knew that smoking analogs did not make me the sharpest tool in the shed, but addiction is a crazy thing. I have tried to quit numerous times, and have succeeded to stay away from them for months at a time, but I always gave myself an excuse why I needed to start again. In just 11 days, I can't believe how much better I feel. I was wheezing quite badly before I started vaping. That is completely gone. Everything smells and tastes so much better now. The only drawback is that I love spicy food, but now it seems so strong to me. I guess my taste buds are coming back to life. I have not had any coughing yet that many have described and I am wondering when this will start. The funniest thing is that I am constantly looking for my lighter when I grab my PV. The first day I even tried to light the end.
