I have been helped by so many of you who post invaluable information here felt this post was needed information. Hope this post helps newbie Vapers out there in their search to be mentored off Analogs. OK so I am new to this hobby. I am so glad to be off analogs!! I started with Apollo E cigs. I hated them for many reasons, short battery life, poor taste , no throat hit etc. I jumped to PV mods in first week as i was committed but not getting throat hit and stayed on #3 nic patches at nite.

First purchase was a Bolt. With AW 18650 3.7 volt bat I bought LR 1.5 cats, dual coil cats 2 ohm cats, and 3 ohm cats with variety of tanks. Bought tobacco 24 mg RY4 and some other E juices to try. It made me get through conference in Vegas clean,, not easy after multiple martinis!

Honestly some were leaking, others worked but at 3.7 volts I was not getting enough Throat hit.

I then went on buying binge and also bought a Lavatube, Megladon and Provari. Am on waiting list for a Darwin,, yawn,, waiting. Also scored a DCA 306 thanks to reviewers ( Nick you da man)

Lavatube came in last nite. Other 2 mods incoming any day. Got to give it to Ecig wizard for 4 days delivery from England,,WOW! thanks

So all I can now compare thus far the Bolt vs Lavatube. There is no comparison for me,, others mileage may vary,,, on giving the tot I need to move forward. Sweet spot so far is somewhere around 4.7. The difference is amazing. Huge volumes of vapor and strong throat hit. So far tried back and forth my 3 types of Cats, no atomizer nor 306 as yet delivered.

On each of 3 tank, E juice and cat combo switched back and forth the warm strong flavor of varied E juices for me on LT mod at 4.5-4.9 is washing down my throat and giving me what i was hoping in my pre-purchase anticipation!

Bottom line; if your a 15 year plus pack a day smoker like me and not getting what you want from your little battery cigarette like PV, jump right to something above 3.7. My little e cigs are now only good to hold in hand during board meetings below table or when driving with kids in car to provide mental tactile delivery.

I look forward to seeing how Don performs, though it will be 5 volts not 3.7 volt batteries,, (3 now on order). I anticipate that the Provari will result in just a better built LT with more doodads. I however spent 4 times what I spent on Bolt and LT.;)
