Newbie Ejuice help

I have been vaping for over 2 months and have not had an analog since. A friend, my wife and myself all stopped at the same time. We are all filling our own carts with liquid purchased by several vendors. We tried all different flavors and all of us seem to prefer menthol, we were all menthol smokers. I want to get a larger quantity of liquid as I go through a good amount. On the forums i was directed to tastyvapour, which looks great, but not sure how to order. I am looking to get appx. 150ml of 10mg menthol. I have a few questions.

1. This is what I came up with- 1oz 48mg menthol 20%vg, 4oz menthol doubler 0mg 20%vg. does this look right?
2. How do you mix them? Is it as easy as putting them in a bottle together and shaking?
3. Is it dangerous to handle the 48mg? I dont beleive it is, maybe only nicoten in its 100% form? Am I correct?

Yes, just pour them together, shake well, and you will have 150 ml of 9.6 mg juice.

48 is not terribly dangerous, though you want to keep it away from kids and pets, and clean any spills promptly, as well as any that gets on your skin (it can absorb over time, I just wipe any with a paper towel, no problem) When done, thoroughly rinse the bottle.

( the 9.6 should also be kept out of reach of children and furballs)
