Hello all from TN. I am a newbie to the vaping world, Started about a week ago. Needed to quit smoking, smoker for 30 years, hoping this will help in that. I have been reading on this forum and there is a lot of good info that I hope to put to use, then hopefully be able to contribute.

Find a local vape shop, a satisfying ejuice that's readily available.
If you are lucky, as I was to get a good setup and ejuice the transition from ciggies to vape is effortless.
I did it, 43 yr PAD stopped, the day after I got my vape.

Welcome to the forum. There are lots of friendly informative people here to help you in this adventure called vaping. It has worked for lots of us, and I wish you great success.
Great to see another Tennessean. There are quiet a few of us here. I smoked cigarettes for 42 years. I received my starter kit at 7 PM one evening and smoked my last cigarette at 8 AM the next morning. That was almost 8 months ago. Good Luck!!

Welcome to ECF and congrats on quitting! Do you mind letting us know what kind of set up you've got? It's a big help to other newbies, knowing what was successful for other people just starting out. I've been vaping since November, but I've settled on my set up. Not really buying as much equipment as I did in the beginning, and as the industry is moving so fast with so many new devices out there it's getting harder and harder for those like me to keep up with the newest, easiest stuff to suggest to other newbies.
If you guys are close to Nashville/Gallatin, you MUST go to the grand opening at Gaslight Vapor Supply tomorrow (Saturday). I haven't been, but I've seen pictures. It is a very classy shop! They will be doing raffles and whatnot. I would love to go, but I'm 4hrs away and very limited in my finances lately.

Please do!! I've been corresponding with these guys for quite some time. The display cases they have are from the 1800s... and they play only music from the 20s and 30s. I can't wait to take a road trip and visit that shop! If you go, tell em Tara sends her love, and I hate that I couldn't make it!!
