Welcome paulyG !

Opinions are like Belly Buttons- Everyone has one !
Here's mine...and a thousand others-
Get a 1000mah, eGo-c kit and several kinds of flavored ejuices- 18mg nic to a ml.- but only one or two "bacco" Flavors- cuz they just do not make a juice that tastes like a smoking cigarettes !
This kit should give you two complete units, with some extra parts. It is pen size, easy to fill, easy to carry and the batteries will last through a day plus of vapping- no need to run out/no excuse to buy more ciggys.
Plus, it puts out enough vapor and flavor to satisfy your cravings for an analog.
Drink plenty of water while Vapping (not that you can't, cause you will be thirsty !

We all wish you: The Best !

OK. I would have to agree with DJ with an Ego kit. I have two with two clearomisers.

I smoked 20 a day and opted for the 24mg tobacco which I sweeten with various "alcopop" flavours like Baileys/Vimto/Red bull.

From day one I stopped smoking completely. I now probably vape more often than smoked but I only have a couple of "drags" every so often.

You will feel the benefits of vaping after only a few days.

Sorry for the delay... Top Gear new series an all

Many thanks for the welcome everyone. Here goes i've spent tha last hour looking at the ego-c kits amongst others as well as the jacvapour vgo2 kit also. The ego and the jacvapour both get good reviews from what i've read so still a little bit undecided, and they both fall roughly in the same price bracket too.In regards to the ego kits can anyone recommend a retailer over here in the uk.....would rather buy from a decent vendor that has decent feedback if possible, thanks for the advice much appreciated.

Oh, joy, paulyG! I'm so happy to welcome you to ECF! I am the single most crazed, obsessed Anglophile under the sun, so I'm thrilled to help out any Brit:D. Liberty-Flights is a solid site. I've been happy with everything I've ordered from them. I'll put a twist (bad pun intended) on what's already been offered. Trust me, you'll eventually pop for one, so you might get either an ego twist or a vision spinner right off the bat, as well, to crank up the voltage on whatever your heating-element when you're craving the additional punch of an analog. In fact, if money really isn't much of an issue, I'd suggest getting the Vamo to really knock those cravings flat on their bums. Also both the Kanger T2 and T3 can't be beat for ease-of-use. Just fill with juice and vape. Please come back with any and all questions along the way. The folks here are fantastic. By the way, we have a UK sub-forum (not that I want you to ditch us, here), if you scroll down the ECF homepage, to find out about more local vendors. The only juice I've really liked from Liberrty Flights is their vg "Luxury Blend" tobacco. But, you see, the array of e-juice options out there is dizzying. Congrats on the making the switch! Best of luck to you:toast:!

I agree with getting several of the 1000 mAh Ego-Twists. Get at least one charger for it too. I like the Vivi Nova atty's as they come with extra heads, are easy to clean and available in many colors to help keep track of what juice is in which one. Careful with any cinammon flavors if that is your flavor choice as they can melt the plastic tanks. The Vivi's have aluminum tanks too for those flavors in a bunch of colors. Get about 6 and you can have a working set while you rinse and dry the other's. All told the above would set you back ~ $100 US

Hi pauly. the UK forum is good, lots of advice and a list of reliable suppliers complete with discount codes. i mainly use ukecig store and vapeescape. agree with others you should go with something like an ego twist or spinner- the difference variable voltage makes to taste and throat hit is magic. anyway enjoy your vaping and see you around.

I was easily able to justify any expense with the savings from the analogs. Look at my banner below. I advise all to do a banner when you have the 15 post count. They are free, take about a minut to do and will help show you what this really means, not just for your health. What I recommended in above post is a great way to get started, works very well, does not leak and is easy to use and clean. ~ $100 plus the juice which is all you need after for a while is a small price to pay for this life saver. Just MHO

Got to agree with you their Keith, the expense is gonna be worthwhile. It's scarey to think what i spend in one month on the cigs....somewhere near £400 not sure what that works out in dollars but you get an idea.A fraction of that saved and my health is why i need to do this....and thank you for your suggestion.

Congratulations on making the switch. If you're looking for an cig lookalike, you can't do much better than a Smokeless Image Volt. If you're looking for something bigger, I'd go with an eGo-V, which is a variable voltage with pass through charging, so you can plug it into your computer and vape all day long.
