I have a kayfun lite have not had any problems with it. But ordered my girlfriend a tobeco kayfun lite clone. It worked fine for 2 days and then she told me that it tasted nasty and burnt. I took it apart and the positive post block had turned and shorted on the negative block. i straightened the block and tightened down the post with a little extra torque. I switched her just in case it happened again. I replaced the cotton and i have been using it hassle free. Is this something i should be concerned about or did i just not tighten down the post well enough?

Most clones do not come tighted enough from what i have seen. I have used ehpros, tobeccos, hcigars... it dont matter. Line up the post where they need to be. Take a pair of plyers and hold both post together where they should be and tighten bottom screw. This will lock it where it should be and you shouldnt run into this again unless you are using a juice that can damage insulators. Then i would repeat this every time i changed cotton or whatever you are using to make sure its down correctly.
