newbie here, just to say hi and few ?

Hello, Im new here. Been lurking around the forum for about three weeks after i got my cig2o. figured id join and say hello. I recently switched to vapor4life and am loving there flavors. I saw lots of good reviews for them, but now am noticing lots of negative reviews too. Just was wondering if anyone had any comments on them. So far my favorite flavor is caramel mocha frappacino and cherry i got in a sampler pack. unfortunately they dont sell the cherry by itself and the other flavors were ho hum. any one know where i could get a good cherry that taste like that one? Next question is, I know its more expensive to buy carts, but i just love the ease of pop on a new cart. so far ive found lots of juice sites but not so many with flavored carts. anyone know if any good cart places to try. Just not ready to dip into the refilling my own yet. Plus i just love my auto battery so dont want to mess it up with overfilling a cart. by the way i have a kr808d i think. Next, any one know how safe v4l is compared to the other companies. like do they put extra stuff into their juice and things like that. thanks for reading and answering. bye for now

Welcome to ECF & congratulations. I own quite a few batteries and have used the V4L cartos. It is a highly respected company on this site. I don't currently use them, but I have had no complaints.Someone else will have an opinion on the cherry.

V4L has a lot of great flavors--the WOW sour cherry is really good. I've never had the cherry from the premium sampler pack that it sounds like you got so I can't compare. Butterscotch is a spectacular flavor you might enjoy and watermelon and grape are fun flavors to vape, if you want to continue with them. They're a pretty reputable company and the complaints I've seen stem from them being out of some of people's favorites.

I think it is KR808D-1, same as what Vapor4Life sells and many hardware vendors sell the hardware in plain colors. Vapor4Life has prefilled and blank cartos AND the liquids and I agree - I have tried a lot of Vapor4Life fruit flavors (some overdone) but that WOW Sour Cherry is pretty nice. I have been refilling one with juices from elsewhere - Vixen Vapors Peach and a Peach Amaretto concoction I am working on at Gourmet Vapor (flavor creator).

I do use manual Vapor4Life batteries since I am refilling cartos. No matter how careful I am (and I am extremely careful) occasionally a topped-off carto will still leak a bit on the battery hole (manual KR8's still have a hole in the battery but at least are harder to damage - no drag sensor). If you want to try a manual, LiteCigUSA.net only charges $10 for a manual standard size KR808D-1 battery - I think they have black and steel.

You could try some of Vapor4Life's prefilled WOW sour cherry. Try one of these two discount codes first but they may only be valid for ordera over $50 this (but may have ended yesterday): SMILIN12 (12% off order) or FREESHIPPINGUS (for free shipping in the US). If those don't work then try just SMILIN which I think is an all the time code for 5 or 10% off (not sure which).

I also use a plastic or delrin drip tip as a mouthpiece on the cartos. Some of their cartos get decently hot. I got most of my drip tips at LiteCigUSA.net. And Vapor-ize.com has a great price on drip tips (510/901) but they should fit since LiteCig calls their identical looking ones 510/901/KR808D-1

As long as I have a picture handy - The right hand ecig is one of my Vapor4Life KR8's w/ a black delrin drip tip as a mouthpiece (I do not add liquid through it - that would aim right for the center air channel and down to the battery). The PCC is my 510's PCC but I also keep KR8 cartos in it and my other KR8 battery in the non-charging slot (it cannot charge a KR8 battery).

thanks for the feedback. ill have to try the sour cherry. As for both me and my husband have switched to e cigs. he is not so much into the fruit flavors as i am. i used to smoke cloves cherry ones to be exact, untill they banned them or stopped selling them then i went to camel light 99s. i smoke about a pack every two days. sometimes a pack a day if its been real stressfull day. i found that the 18 mg still left me craving a real cig. so i went up to the 36 since my husband smoked alot more than me. trying to conserve money offcourse. i find that the 36 last me a day to two days depending on how i vape them. they last my husband about a day. just wondering if we are consuming to much nicoteen. It took awhile to get used to vapping instead of smoking, had to let our bodies cleanse from all the nasty smoking by products i think.
