Hello, I just quit smoking and i am having trouble refilling my mistic e cig, i have come vegetable glycerin ...with is very thick so i use a little of water to thin it up a little. then drip it in to my empty cartomizer and im and not getting any vapor. please help me, I don't want to go back to cigarette!

What else are you using with you vegetable glycerin ? Loads of variables to making eliquid from your post it looks like you are just using vegatable glycerin which if it is the case you will need to add nicotine flavouring and a dilutant in the form of propoline glycol if your already doing this then what concentrations are you using ?
Why can't i just use vg? it sweet allready and i dont see a point of puting the nicotine in it...Can you just give me some basic things to buy....nothing fancy, just a nough to get me to drip my own supply
Curious, when went to refill my mystic cartomizers there was another rubber ring sitting right on the fiber filament. I had to remove that as well before refilling my carto's.

VG is usually diluted approximately 10% with Distilled Water, or Vodka, or Pure Grain Alcohol (PGA).
So, 9 drops of VG plus 1 drop of diluent.
For larger batches; 9ml of VG plus 1ml of diluent.
You can adjust from there. Add more water to make it thinner if desired.

Ten percent distilled water and the rest is VG usp, but im haveing troble with my poly fill inside the carto...the atty is getting hot but no vapor is being produced. how do i fix this?
Fill slowly drop by drop as the polyfil needs time to absorb the liquid a proper filled carto usually takes a couple of minutes to fill ( fill untill it drips out of the bottom on the carto ) and my advice would be don't distill I had that problem when I first started making eliquid distiller with vodka when it didn't actually need it and aiming to quit smoking with no nicotine in the eliquid commendable
