So I'm brand new to vaping. I have been smoking for 14 years (half my life) and finally called it quits on Sunday, 5/20/12 when I bought a Blu disposable at Walgreen's. I know that this is a lousy vape, but, honestly, I have come to prefer it over analogs throughout the course of the week. Even tried a Camel Crush this morning and couldn't even smoke half...too stinky.

Anyway, I have ordered all of the stuff I need to get going (Halo G6 starter kit with a sampler pack of 6 juices). I am so excited and can hardly wait to get my kit. I have been lurking on the forums all week and reading up on various questions asked by others, and I have already decided that I am going to skip the blank carto refilling process and get myself some sort of clearo/small tank. I'd like one that I can simply refill without a bunch of labor (syringe), and I think I have settled on the one linked below. However, my question is whether it will fit a standard Halo G6 battery included in my starter kit. Anybody know? I tried to call this store, but the phone seems to be a cell and goes straight to voicemail:

Clear Capsule : Vulcan Vape

It sure would be nice to be able to buy these locally for 5 bucks without having to pay for/wait on shipping.

Thanks in advance!

You may be able to run that with the 808-eGo adapter. I've run 808 clearos on my cigarette style so fitment worked. Should have plenty of clearance with the adapter to run that eGo clearo using the adapter.

901/808D Battery to eGo Atomizer Adapter

You could also run a stardust using another adapter, the 808-510 adapter. 901/808D Battery to 510 Atomizer Adapter

Either way you'll need an adapter to fit those types of clearos on an 808.

Gotvapes carries a fluxomizer for 808's - be careful they carry them for 510's too.

I'm not sure if a skinny batt can power a stardust.....

Yes, you can use a 2.6-2.8 Fluxomizer on a skinny battery. That's about the same resistance as the cartos that come with most of them. A Stardust might be too low resistance.

Good thing about a Fluxo is that they don't leak at all. Not upside down, not horizontal. So you can vape it horizontally. If your juice is real thin, the worse that will happen is you'll get some gurgling if you hold it that way for minutes at a time. But you can just blow it out if that happens.

YOu have to be careful with mini-cigs with automatic batteries because they're not sealed. If a cartomizer leaks, you can ruin your battery. Did I mention that fluxos don't leak?

I've used a smokelessimage.com clearomizer that are made for 808 threading. I typically use it on my X2 they carry there but they do work on the 808 cigarette style batteries as well.

I'm pretty sure I read that they were only for the X2 batteries. Aren't they lower resistance than the normal cartridges? The threadings the same, but ehe normal carts are like 2.5-2.7ohms. I believe the clearomizers are 2.1-2.4ohms like a stardust.

They are rated at a resistance of 2.6 -2.9 ohms, so not like the stardust. I've used them on my standard size batteries with no problems.

Thanks for all the responses. Maybe I'm getting too far ahead of myself already. Perhaps I'll just refill a couple hundred cartos and get a more advanced battery later on this year and give the smaller tanks a shot later on.

After all, I haven't even gotten my starter kit....still puffing on Blu disposables.
