This is my first time posting on ECF ... and my first day with my e-cig - my boyfriend I were playing around w/ them last night, I purchased the mini PCC kit from vapor4life, the vapor king ... so far - I like it okay. A couple of the cartomizers filled my mouth w/ liquid, and the others took a few hits to really get going. The cowboy menthol works really well, and I'm still suckin on my green tea hoping for the same vapor.

I've had breakfast and am sipping on my coffee and am still kind of craving a cigarette. I'm sure this will take a little getting used to.

Thanks! :) Let me just make one other comment as well - as I'd like other people's opinions!! I've got the 808D from what I understand?? Model wise ... anyway - not real impressed w/ the vapor or the hit I get so far. I think my expectations were pretty high coming into this because of the things I've read and getting my hopes up quite honestly, so I may be just a little too judgemental. I finally decided to go w/ vapor4life b/c of price reasons. I ordered from smoking stik befpre realizing that there were so many reviews calling it a scam... was too late cancelling so those are coming to me and I will probably be sending them back. Anyone tried from that company?

Then, I purchased a starter kit from smoke stik - heard about it from all the hype on the news ... then, looking into how much each cartomizer cost and adding up the numbers I realized that this would actually be costing me more money then smoking would. However - I can't help but thinking now how much easier it would be to drag off of a hindu elite, or how good the vapor would be.

Anyone else tried the 808D pcc kit as a beginner? What was your experience? I ordered the green tea carts and it's come w/ some menthol samples, the menthol seem to break in a lot easier. Cartomizers get pretty warm too if I take drags off it as I normally would an analog but I've read this is kind of normal.

Welcome, I'm new to all this also. I agree with you that the cartomizers appear to cost more, but are convenient to use. After a couple of weeks into this, I am thinking of a drip or dip setup. I've read that the flavors are more true. I also do not like the heat that cartomizers produce. Maybe I draw to hard.
