Newbie - Joye 510 kit from cignot

I received my kit on Saturday from Cignot (ordered Wednesday night). I haven't touched an analog since Sunday night and have a few questions now that I've been vaping a few days.

1. I'm noticing a tingling sensation on both on my throat and tongue - it's seems to come and go on both atomizers and with different juices - I've been trying vanilla and grape from cignot along with a few others and just placed an order with fsusa for a few samples.

2. I don't really want to get into moding but are there any good easy mods for someone who goes outside for a smoke break and doesn't want to drip - I get tons of vapor from 1 cartridge but could that be causing the tingling sensation I mentioned in 1?

3. How do you guys know which cartridges hold which flavor? Is there a good way to mark them?

if u run to dollar store, pick up the small colored rubber hair bands and use one color for each flavor.

Sounds like you have a sensitive issue with some of your juices...good to mark them so you can tell what flavor(s) are causing it....funny you should mention grape. as much as I love eating grapes and drinking grape juice, I cannot tolerate the ejuice, I must have a sensitivy to that flavoring...strange...must be an artifical flavor thingy..

1. It may be from juice itself on the cart getting in your mouth. nicotine gives that affect in liquid form. or maybe your MG strength is more that you are used to.

2..When you say you dont want to get into moding do you mean buying Mod units or making your own Mods?It depends on what you are looking for in a mod. If you mean units they can be very different for different results.What would you like to get out of your next unit?

3.I use a very small silver Sharpie.

another newb question I can't find the answer to: How do I know when my cartridge is dry and needs to be refilled? When I first loaded them I got 15-20 drops in each and on a refil I do maybe 5-8. I don't think I'm vaping all the juice in the cartridge - is that bad? Should I be vaping till I get no vapor?

I agree, I don't really want to get into mods just yet. So far things seem to be working well, I haven't had to refill a cartridge at work and am typically only using the vanilla and grape. I think I'll start using the menthol I got again as it was pretty smooth, also the cigarette flavor ones that were included aren't bad. The one I took to work today kept falling out so it was grape all day. I can't wait for this order to come through from FSUSA

Right now I just want more flavor - I placed an order with FSUSA this evening for:Orange Cream Sicle, Lemon Square, HopScotch, Fireball and Blueberry Pancake. Hopefull I'll get a better idea if its the cheaper juice from cignot or just the 510 in general causing the lack of flavor.

If I'm not drying the atomizer out with the way I'm going right now I don't think juice supply will be a problem which is one of my biggest concerns as I don't want to drip/fill cartridges at work.

I have 2 batteries, a PCC and a usb port at my desk so charging is not a worry for me. I only vape outside as vaping has been put on the no smoking ban here in seattle so no smoking at work.

1. I am guessing you are vaping 100% PG juices - they are Ok to start but can be harsh due to the nic. Get some decent juices with 30% VG and try those. Nicotine is a skin irritant. Medium or high nic in 100% PG can be irritation and make tongue, throat or even lungs sore. Having some VG in the juice smooths it out and adds more vapor.

2. Not sure what you want. Try precut blue foam stuffing in your carts (from strictlyejuice.com). And try cartomizers - Boge standard resistance.

3. Tiny colored rubber bands for braces, paint pens, colored map dots, labels. I also thought of getting colored vinyl tape

The juices I picked up with the kit are: PG- Menthol (18mg), VG- grape, vanilla, clove, cappuccino. And 5 carts filled with tobacco flavor. I get the tingling sensation from all the above. Also all the flavors don't have a strong taste. My order from FSUSA should be here Monday. I think I'll try tasty vapor as well at some point.

Ok, higher volt molding is one way to get more flavor but that is just one and the priciest option. Honestly I would suggest getting to know a few more flavors (FSUSA was a good pick)and perhaps some different atomizers or even cartimizers first.modding will be a satisfactory step some day but it realy helps to go trough the smaller steps first to realy find what fits u best.besides a mod is only as good as the atty/carto u put on it.

I think you may find an eGo style kit a good next step first. It has a bigger mah(power capacity) what this will allow you is to use low resistance Attys/cartomizers and that means more flavor as well as vapor and throat hit. It is much less expensive.

You can use a 2ohm Boge carto on a 510 batt tho. I'm sure you will be happy with the improvement.But for right now the blue foam suggestion is a good one. It will get the juice to the atty quicker. You should vape the cart till the flavor lessens or changes. The filler should form to the atty after a while. This will also help the flow. Try to watch for it and place the cart on after filling accordingly.
