Newbie looking for beginner RBA's

Hello! I'm new to the world of vaping and I've been hunting for a nice RBA tank that's beginner friendly.
I have a Hana Modz V3 that I'm looking to pair it with and I've been using a Kanger Aerotank (airflow) but it's not a perfect fit. I much more like the idea of doing my own custom builds then having to re-buy dual coils for my tank. Something with single and dual coil capabilities so I can have more options for different setups but I'd just love to hear anyone's recommendations and things that have worked best for you! :)

The best RDA for single or dual coils, giving big flavor and surprisingly good vapor is probably the Magma. It makes you position the coils directly in the airflow, so eliminating build errors caused by poor coil positioning, and it also has a raised deck - so it's not too fiddly to get the build mounted. It holds about a ml of e-liquid as well.

With adjustable airflow, I think it's a terrific little atty for those new to RDA's and veterans alike.

Only downside is the e-liquid tends to get trapped between the airflow ring and the atomizer body. It's not a big deal, but you need to have some vaper towel handy when using it.

I would also recommend you get an ohm reader to build your atomizer on - one that will tell you the resistance of your build before mounting and firing it and also let you know if you have a short.

EDIT - It's a good sign when two people write the same response to the question at the same time :D

RDA (Drip) RBA (wrong acronym) should only be RTA (Tank). Easiest first build and still kicks ..... Kraken (RTA clone) Single coil (28g, .8 ohm) running on Stingray-X. Good cloud, great flavour and nic hit. Just finished my first Kayfun V4 build. 41 parts in that bugger!. It's cool, after getting the fine points of air and liquid flow control working right.

Welcome aboard
IMO the kayfun 3.1 would be the right choice for you. I bought two kayfun 3.1's back in June '13, I'm up to 8 between my wife and I. They have by far the best performing tanks I've owned.
Note: my first attempt at an RTA was a cheap Kraken style tank that I threw away and didn't try another for approximately a year. Luckily that was my kayfun.
