Newbie needing advice.

I've been vaping for about 3 months. I currently use the "Duo Pro" and am really looking to upgrade to a higher quality kit and I'm hoping some of the more experienced users can point me in a good direction
what I'm looking for:
-refillable carts
-2 piece design (if that's possible with refillable)
-good vap production (main reason I'm switching is because I keep getting a burnt flavor even with a new cartomizer)

KR808D-1 with Boge cartomizers is what you want for a 2 piece cig sized one.

Or if you want something bigger and with a lot longer lasting life then go for a Riva / eGo, they can use cartomizers too.

Both are miles better than the Duo Pro you have.

Before you jump into it let some of us ask you a few questions.

what is your main concern? Battery life? Size of the mod? Price? Vapor? throat hit?

Before you take advice from anyone I would suggest that you make it clear what you are looking for. People are really quick to jump on the Ego or kr8 bandwagon. They are both good but might not be the best for you. Let me know what your looking for and I will do my best to help and it will also make it a lot easier for others too.

For instance Box mods are the cheapest way to get massive vapor. But some people can't stand the way they look. Some people love the KR8 but want longer battery life or a bigger hit. etc etc etc.

Most people love to help but please help us out by letting us know what you are looking for.

I think the ego is one the best p/v for a second one to buy.its the best bang for your buck for everything its batt life vapour production its interchangeable with many attys with a simple adapter and very well built and reliability but that is just my opinion after wasting quite a bit of money on different e cigs when i first started.i wish it was around when i first started.

I'm looking for just a standard design nothig big/bulky.
Something with fair to good vapor production.
Enough bettery life for an 8 hour day at work. I typically 3 15min sessions and 30 min.
And simple enough for a newer user like myself to assemble, maintain and refill.

I assume you mean cartomizers, right?

If not, you might be screwed there. The third piece is the cartridge. You'd have to get rid of a battery or an atty to make it a 2 piece and i suspect it wouldn't be a satisfying vape.

Cartomizers ARE refillable, you can find info on it with a google search or searching here on ECF. Lots of people do it and it opens the door to lost of tasty vapes.

In my experience, cartomizers always had the undertone of burnt flavor.

For 30 bux you won't get a kit better than that for something bigger than cig-sized.
