Thanks for that. I just read on the cloud9 site faqs that this happens (ie nothing happens) when you first get a new one, and it starts to draw properly after a couple of hours, why would that be?
That really doesn't make much sense. If the battery is fully charged and the atty/carto is connected properly you should be getting something.

Did you put a cartridge in the atomizer, and if so did you put any liquid in the cartridge? The mouth piece that comes attached to the atomizer is just a blank and won't hold any liquid, you have to change that out with a filled cartridge.

Same questions, is there any liquid in the cartridge and did you insert the cartridge in the atomizer? Did you get any sample bottles of liquid?

There must be e-liquid for an e-cig to produce taste and vapor. The liquid has to get to the inside of the atomizer (the middle piece of the 3-piece assembly). When assembled, tilt the e-cig battery end down to help the liquid get to the atomizer. If you do have some bottled liquid, drip 3 drops of it into the atomizer before inserting cartridge.

If you have manual batteries, you hold the button in while dragging. As you get used to that, as long as your cart is nice and damp, you can start pressing the button in 1-2 seconds early before you start your drag. You do not let up the button until you are almost done your drag. Then you inhale. And drag slowly. If you have auto batteries (no button) then you just drag, but you need to be extra careful not to get jucies leaks onto the end of the batetries since auto batteries can be damaged if any juice gets inside,

Look at your cartridges - look at the stuffing. Does the stuffing seem dry or have liquid in it? Did you buy eliquid too for re-wetting the cartridges?

If you can shine a flashlight into your atomizer - you should see a fabric wick on the /\ metal mesh bridge. It may be inside or outside but you should see one somewhere on the bridge and it goes down into the inner part of the atomizer where the coil is. That wick is necessary for using cartridges. Occasionally someone pulls that out by accident because they think it is a lost piece of cart stuffing. But it is the wick and necessary for carts to work. if you pulled that out then a cartridge will not work.

Did your kit come with a second atomizer? if so, try the second atomizer. And you really need eliquid. It is hard to get a new atomizer to start making vapor without some eliquid to prime it. You could go buy some plain vegetable glycerin (sold with cake decorating supplies, or a health food store may have a 100% vegetable glycerin.) and try a drop or two of that on the atomizer. Buy eliquid.

And did your kit come with 2 atomizers
