Newbie needs advice

I am a total newbie, vaping for a month and I am in love with it. I've been researching to upgrade from my iTaste VV V3 but I am a little confused. It seems like every mod has good points and bad. Maybe some of this is user error, maybe some is manufacturing. Looking for some advice... I've narrowed my choices to the MVP v2. It seems to have overall good reviews with the only drawback being that the batteries aren't replaceable. My other option is the Vamo V5, but threading issues on other Vamo's have me concerned. Any advice would be welcome. I only have so much money for this and I want to spend it wisely. Thanks.

I own an MVP v2 and a Vamo v3. I am very happy with both, but my Vamo has been relegated to backup because of battery life. I can go 2 - 3 days on a single charge of the MVP, whereas I am changing batteries at least once a day on the Vamo, depending on 18350 or 18650. My advise is get an MVP v2 and use your VV as a backup.

You will not go wrong with either of these. I have an mvp and use it fairly often. It never fails me. However my daily driver is an svd. However it is not for everyone because with a 18650 batt it is somewhat of a lightsaber. You just have to go with the one that feels right for you. If you are new and loving it (trust me) you will keep buying more mods as time goes on.

MVP2.

Eventually I think you will want a battery tube, but the MVP will hold out you for a long time, by the end of which you'd have a good idea of what you want in tube; by then of course the options will also be different.

Aside from the vamo, theres the zmaxes, the provari, the vtr, svd, sid, evic, e-ltc, 134, tesla, .............

losttexan, like edyle said, eventually you will want to go with a mod (battery tube) and maybe an RDA (rebuildable drip atomizer). We all go through the progressions until we get the best and even then its an ongoing experiment. Spend some more $$ and get WAY better results. The difference in flavor and smoke density is amazing and well worth the costs. Just my $.02

I started with a VMAX (tube) and I was very happy with it for quite a while. I just got a VTR, and I like that for different reasons. I still use them both. I agree the MVP is a fine device and if a box type APV is something you feel comfortable with, it would be hard to do better than that for the price. The Vamo V5 from what I understand, has addressed the issue with threading. With either of my mods, I never over tighten my toppers, and I take care when screwing or unscrewing them from the device.

Another vote for the MVP 2! I had mine for about a week, and ordered another as a back up because I love it so much! For anyone worried about the box style, I am female and it fits very comfortably in my hands. I thought I might not like it compared to my round Spinners, but quite quickly it felt very natural to hold it.
