Hi All,
I purchased my new e-cigarette 3 days ago. After my purchase I stumbled on this site. Boy, do I wish I would have found it BEFORE I made my purchase.

I purchased my E-Cigarette from a Mall Kiosk at Stone Briar Mall in Frisco Texas. From reading all the posts it looks like I was completely mis informed and over charged. I paid $185.00 for 2 batteries, 1 atomizer, 5 cartridges, 30ML of tobacco, and a case. I was told all items were made in USA, I would never need to change the atomizer, and one cartridge is equal to a pack of cigareettes. I got home an started to read the manual and found the atomizer would need to be changed which lead me to an internet search...which led me here. I quickly found all the above information is wrong.

Now here is my ultimate question....I have no idea what model of cigarette I purchased. I can not find it anywhere in the manual or on the box. I went back to the kiosk, and they do not know either. I tried to get my money back, but there are huge sighns everywhere that say NO REFUNDS. I do enjoy my electonic cigarette, but NOW know I am going to need to purchase an additional atomizer for it. I want to make sure I order the RIGHT one so I am not wating any more money. I have enclosed pictures below. It looks like it may be a S'Moore but not sure what model. Maybe someone can look and let me know if it looks familiar.

Hi and welcome to ECF. Lots of us got ripped off on our first purchase so don't feel too bad. I don't know what you've got there but maybe someone else will be able to tell you. You've got a good supplier right there in DFW so maybe you could get in touch with them and see if they can help you with replacement parts. Try here:

If it's a S'more then it could be an M403, 402 or M401
myPVshop Electronic Cigarettes - 510/eGo Electronic Cigarette

But it bothers me that it says "Health" under the word e-cigarette on the box - what all does it say there?

Could be the Chinese E-Health and I don't know if that is or is not an M40x

What is the length and diameter? M4xx are 8.6mm diameter

And on the bright side - My M401's box has that symbol on it too

It looks a lot like a m403/1/2 Go to the ECF library there is a nice thread I think it's part 5 or 6 it shows some mods. Looks a lot like my 1st. Hey we all make mistakes when we start. I have been analog free for almost 3wks. I used my Envy aka m403 for over a month, I spent $53 for one bat, 1 atomizer, 5 cartridges, 1 charger & wall charger. Week later I bought an extra battery & atomizer, a few days later bought a 2nd kit. I now have a 510. I plan to keep my Envy for back up, it's still a good little mod. I didn't come here til after I started vaping too. Welcome to ECF and may you have a great journey. Don't let your 1st mistake discourage you.

M402 manual was my first ecig then I upgraded the batteries to M401 manuals. It kept me happy for a month even though the carts are small and a pain to fill. I cut blue foam stuffing for the cart. I am still using the first cart. BTW - you need a paper clip to push up the juice cup to fill it. If you carts don't come with silicone plugs then buy blank M401 carts at MyPVShop.com because I know their blanks are the current kind, not the old style. Those will come with silicone plugs and the plug is very handy for pushing the juice cup back in without pressing on and dislodging the stuffing.

I still keep a delicate flavor in the M401 at home because it's good at delivering flavor so it's an extra flavor I can pick up. But after a moth of using it I got curious about the more popular models Joye 510 and KR808D-1/vapor4Life.com and ended up buying single ecigs of each to try, then completing those kits and I msotly vape them now as well as a Riva 510 I just got.
