Newbie needs wiring hand holding!

Hi all,

I'm hoping one of you kind souls could help me with how to wire a mod. I have a slide switch I'd like to use for master power and to switch between 3.7v and 5v. Is that possible? The switch I have is the SSW-54/DP3T (found here: DP3T, ON-ON-ON SLIDE SWITCH | AllElectronics.com ). Would this even work? If so how would it be wired?

Also, I have the LDO 5v regulator from madvapes and the TI UCC383TDKTTT-5G3, which should I use and care to explain the wiring of that too?!?! I don't ask for much huh!

Originally I was gonna use a slightly larger case with (2) CR123a's then decided to go with this case and CR2s but never made the mental switch to 3.0 versus 3.7!

I wonder if having a choice between 3.0 and 5.0 is even worth it then? Maybe the switch could be wired as just OFF-5v-OFF?
