Hello & welcome Vincenzo2126 :)

Out of interest, where abouts in the Globe are you :D

I am From Manila Philippines.. The E cig Craze definitely is hot around here, new inventions(some are overhyped and overpriced) others are really meant to be functional for everyday use. but nonetheless, whether its a tube, wooden box full mech, semi mech or variable wattage/voltage all that matters to the ordinary joe is to find means of quitting.

Hi, Vincenzo, Welcome to ECF! Pretty sure you'll find the answers you're looking for (buried in a whole lot more!) so don't be shy about asking questions!

Have you managed to quit smoking, or are you still searching for equipment that works for you?

Yup i have been smoke free for 5 years now...i've gone and tried almost everything that is out there ( tubes, wood boxes, etc) i do have 2 mods a full mech sioux Glass Beads and and ATB Variable Voltage Mod. my wife is almost at the brink of filing for divorce because the means to quit smoking already became an addiction of collecting all sorts of mods. I hope i can ask you guys what would be the best builds for an RDNA 40 since i will be acquiring one within a month. i am a dripper type of user and i don't care much of chasing the clouds i just want to embrace the flavor hope you guys can help me explore endless possibilities with an RDNA 40

Since i Still cannot start a new thread...found this article on a blogsite.. what kind of vaper are you? (credits to the author of this article) so? which one perfectly describes you?

  1. Old School — These are former smokers of the “more mature” kind. Generally, these people have been smoking for years—even decades—and have unsuccessfully tried to quit… that is until e-cigarettes came along. They tend to favor tobacco-based juices over the more popular fruity-, beverage-, or food-based flavors. Their juices are usually 12mg nicotine and above. They are more discreet in their vaping and will usually abide by the rules (don’t vape where you can’t smoke) as years of smoking have taught them this.
  2. Hipsters —The opposite of Old School vapers, these are usually part of the younger generation and favor 0mg-6mg nicotine for their fruity or food-based flavors. Some of them may have gotten into the vaping lifestyle without going through the analog phase. More often than not, Hipsters don’t get along well with Old School vapers.
  3. Dragons — You will definitely see them from a mile away as these people exhale clouds of epic proportions! Dragons tend to favor vapor over flavor, and they definitely know a thing or two about air holes. Their enemies are…well… mall security guards.
  4. Connoisseurs — Forget vapor coz it’s all about the flavor for these guys. If you’re an e-juice maker, your tobacco flavor better not taste like an ashtray or they will definitely let you know about it! Your Hazelnut Cappuccino better not taste like Nescafe 3-in-1 or they will have your head on a platter! Don’t be surprised if members of this group have deep pockets, as they will not think twice about spending extra for a high-quality e-juice.
  5. Gearheads — These are your resident experts in the vaping community. Don’t be surprised if they have the latest mods and atties days or even weeks before they are officially released. As with Connoisseurs, expect Gearheads to have deep pockets—or at least the extraordinary ability to save money—as these people have a tendency to keep upgrading their “toys”.
  6. Casuals — If Gearheads are on one side, you’ll find the Casuals on the opposite end of the spectrum. Casuals generally know very little about PV’s and RA’s. Heck, they may not even understand what I just said (Dear Casual, PV= Personal Vaporizer and RA= Rebuildable Atomizer). Most of them are content with what we call a starter kit. Don’t make fun of them. Like it or not, we were all Casuals once.
  7. Armchair Critics — As the name suggests, these people usually have no problem criticizing mods, juices, and atties from the safety of their computers. Perhaps they have higher standards or they are just more opinionated than the common user? I don’t know. You may not like them, but they certainly keep manufacturers on their toes.
  8. Engineers and Alchemists — They are our superstars; the people we rely on to satisfy our demands for new and better products. It takes a special breed to become a manufacturer. Don’t believe me? Just ask the people who have tried and failed at this business.
