Hi all,
Thanks to the great info, advice and help I recieved yesterday, I just finished placing my very first order, YEA! I made my list, checked it twice, submitted my order and now I will wait. Patiently. I hope.
I feel like maybe I went a little overboard on my first purchase, but maybe not. I wanted a good quality setup from the start and thanks to the help and advice yesterday, decided on the KGO 1100mAh. I really had a max budget in mind of $100 and ended up a little under when the order was placed.
Here is what I ordered, all from Hoosier E Cig Supply (I hope they are reliable... ):

KGO kit 1100mAh by SLB
Boge 2.0ohm LR cartomizers for 510 (2 packages of 5)
Transparent Acrylic Ribbon Drip Tips (3 in different colors. Don't ask me why. All I know at this moment is they looked cool. LOL )
5ml Customizable Premium House blends (5 bottles in different flavors. French Vanilla Coffee, Caremel Cappucino, Chocolate Raspberrry Truffle, Peaches & Cream and Raspberry. A mix of 18 and 24mg strength. All 60/40 mix)
50ml bottle of Dekang USA mix 18mg (This is really the only thing I ordered that I am not sure I should have. 50ml seems like a lot if it is something I end up hating, but it seemed pretty inexpensive for the amount, that even if I hate it, I will only be out around $11)

I think that is it. Total came to $87.43, free shipping. I know many of you recommended ordering the e juices from several different vendors, so that is my next mission. I basically ordered all of this from the one vendor because I wanted to have all of my start up stuff arrive in the same package, plus they were one of the very few I could find that had the KGO available here in the US. Oh and just a little side note: Before I joined this forum and asked for help, a week or so ago I almost purchased a start up kit, probably the top one that came up when I searched ecig. I don't remember the specific site, but do know I almost purchased a mini style starter kit with 3 batts, charger, some pre-filled carts and not a lot else for $159. Dang! Thank you all again so much! I really feel like I owe you all big time because I most likely would have been out that much on a unit that would not have worked for me.

So, I'm now going to check out other vendors for different e juices. If any of you have any favorites or anything else, I am very appreciative of the great help, info and advice from all you experienced vapers!

Later, Jamie

Sounds like a good order to me and Hoosier is a Registered Forum Supplier and a great one to deal with. The only thing I would question is the 60/40. It might a little thick to work easily in the cartos. When you order samples, you might want to try 80/20 to see which you like better. Also, don't be afraid to order eliquid in strange flavors you would never have thought to smoke. Since vaping nic juice will not taste like analogs, you might not like the tobacco flavors. It pays to have variety.......LOL

Even if you don't like the Dekang, when you get a little more experienced you can doctor it with DIY flavorings.

yeah that's the problem with "commercial" ecigs. they'll push a crazy price because people will buy it. a little research can go a long way buddy!

vape on!
