I love me some " Turkish hills" from dcv.
Everyone is different when it comes to giving up analogs. I kept my last pack with 2 left in it just so I won't feel like I am out. Sounds silly but works for me.

I did the exact same thing. I still have 4 cigs left in my pack but, since I started vaping, I have had half a cig and had to put it out. I just felt guilty for smoking it and it just tasted nasty to me.

So I have to ask because I am helping a friend get started. If you could only keep one of the kits you have??????? Which one would it be??? And why??? I will probably tell her about both and let her decide but ant input will be helpful.

I have both the Kgo and the E-Power and I rarely use the E-Power because the Kgo just works better, in my opinion.

Sorry this is so late. I didn't get back on-line last night.

The KGO - because the size and weight is more comfortable.

In my limited time with them, both are fine functionally with the Vision clearo's. The cartos that come with the E-power work OK, but the Visions are better. The Cartridges that come with the KGO are useless. Basically, all you need is the KGO batteries and charger. You'll need to add carto's or clearo's anyway.

And - you have to remember - I studied hard, but am a beginner. YMMV.

Witty,

Yeh, I was 12 when I stole my first pack of cigarettes. My parents knew I was smoking and let me smoke in the house when I was 14. If we only knew then, what we know now.

I had spent a couple of weeks reading the newb forum threads and had a pretty good idea of what to expect in the way of a learning curve. And, man, does this forum steepen that curve for the better.

The flavorless juice tastes pretty good to me, for now. I'll try some flavors if that changes. I also like the fact that there is no smell to the exhaled vapor with the flavorless (according to my wife, who has a sensitive nose).

I am trying to get the ritual down to where it is the most satisfying. As some have said before, not a replacement for smoking cigarettes, but something different as a habit (poorly put). I'm working on technique and timing. Strange to think you would have to "practice" at vaping to make it more natural, but that is how I would describe it.

And yes - I have a carton of analogs spread around everywhere. Need a safety net for the time being.

I'll report on progress as I notice things. Pay it forward in the forum way.

For Dana A: Keep in mind that stilljd chose the larger 18650 e-Power. If he says he prefers the kGo only for the more convenient size, there is also a 14650 model available that is only slightly bigger around than the kGo, with the same capacity battery.
That 18650 model has 2 or 3 times the battery capacity of the kGo or the 14650. It's a beast.

Hey sailorman,

You are exactly right. The E-power 18650 is a beast. I was surprised by how much those batteries weigh. Fine for at home though. Almost a week and on the third refill of the clearo and the same battery charge. Took the battery out and put it on the charger just to see. It showed a full charge.

Again, thanks for your help and advice.
