I would generally agree with the defacto "more air = less flavor/bigger clouds" and vice versa type statements, especially when it comes to prefab
coils. I would aregue that you're not necessarily getting "less flavor" rather more air in the mix, thus reducing the concentration of flavor on your palate.
If you get in to building your own coils then how you build, what type of coils you make, what guage wire you use, and what wattage you vape at plays a much more important role in the correlation between flavor and clouds. Airflow is still a very important part of this equation but less so than in prefab coils.
My advice is if you have many different tips and airflow setting at your disposal, then maybe take some time to play around with different configurations until you find the right setting for you.
