Newbie question regarding carto moutpieces & tanks

I have an Ego-T 510 model. Right now, i purchase this carto: FIVE (5) Joye 510 compatible e-Cigarette blank low resistance cartomizers (Manufactured by Boge)

Thing is, sometimes when i vape with these, the carto gets really hot and it burns my lips some. Instead of that little plastic disk, does anybody know if i could find a mouth piece instead? I want to prevent from burning my lips so much!!

Also, this is totally O/T (apologies) but how does a tank work? Which one would I need to be compatible with my Ego-T 510?

Yup, they're called drip tips. They make a huge difference. Most vendors sell them. In fact, the site you just linked to has them:

Might I suggest getting a glass drip tip? They take a while to get hot. On the down side they take a while to cool down too.

Also take a look at Stardust Clearomizers. Its smaller than a tank but the same thing. It uses a wick to draw moisture to the atty. Made to fit the eGo battery.
