newbie questions for eGo-T

Hello guys I just started with the eGo-T and I can say that it really is a great e-cig. Now the problem is that I ordered from a website that I wasn't able to find any reviews on anywhere. I know i should have searched before buying but I didn't. I bought two ego-t atomizers at the price of 10 GBP with delivery so its a good deal but when I received them, both atomizers were in two separate air sealed plastic bags but it seems that both have some kind of liquid on them. It looks like water but I'm not sure, are atomizers supposed to be like that?its just weird because there's quite a lot of liquid on them, is that normal or what? link to the website (http://www.smokshop.com/collections/atomisers/products/ego-tank-atomizers)

Looks like the real deal. It's probably PG to keep the wick from drying out. My local vape shop has tanks with the same liquid in them.

just got a reply from the seller and confirmed the above..

That should be plain e-liquid without flavour. I think they test them before they leave the factory. Just drip tip or cart with your own flavour over the top.

can anyone tell me if it is safe to put my cart over the top?how will this affect my vape?

Should be just fine , you can try blowing out the primer a little , but usually you can just fill your tank , and start hittin it .

Just blow out the primer and vape away, it's what I do with my little ego c attys.
