If you want quickly, see if you can find a shop near by your location, and check the
reviews down on the supplier list.
If you don't mind waiting and little higher price, but much cheaper price... you might want to order from China directly. (much cheaper, so bigger the order, you can save more.) Popular sites are Ruyandirect, Eastmall.net, and Best-ecig.com.. all I hear are excellent. (I just ordered from best-ecig).
I suggest you to get:
1 DSE901 starter pack - normally comes with 2 batts, 1 atomizer, 5 sampler cartridges, and charger.
1-2 extra atomizer (I suggest getting these)
1 bottle of mentol
juice or a sampler set - so that you can try out various flavors.
extra
batteries, usb pass-through battery, extra chargers etc... you can decided after you feel like it's going well for you.
A lot of people have high opinion on Puresmoker's Cash Menthol, but the store just moved and they are currently settling down, so to speak. Kinda hard to get by. But I also heard other liquids (Truevapor, etc) mentol is quite good as well.
