The order looks good, just a little light on juice if you want to make it 30 to 45 days. It looks like you got a 5 pack of atomizers in there, that's (hopefully) several more than you need, 3 should do and the kit comes with 2. You also got an extra charger, although that isn't necessary it's good to have a spare. Overall I'd say you'll be good to go and you should be set for around 3 weeks if you're average in your juice consumption.

After alot of research I chose to order from Liberty-Flights 20% off your whole order!
The link will take you there and give you 20% off your entire purchase. I went with the Riva 510 as well as a Joye 510. The Riva produces large amounts of vapor which for me was a bit hard to adjust to (just 2 days using it now). The battery lasts all day which is why I decided to go with it because I am away from home driving most of the day in my job. The joye 510 batteries don't last as long but I decided to get that one to use at home for dripping. I tried the dripping method today and for me, starting out, this is working very well since it doesn't seem to be so much vapor while I adjust to vaping.
I purchase a Riva, Joye510, 7 juices and 2 extra boxes of Boge carts for right around 100.00. If you smoke it doesnt take long to do the math, not to mention the health benefits. Hope that helps.

This is such good advice. Welcome to the forum and have fun with all this. You are starting on a journey that will improve your health and I have never looked back. I was in the same boat as yourself. I'd had a massive heart attack at 57 and recently diagnosed with COPD. I'd tried everything to stop and nothing worked long term. The day I took my first drag off of an e-cig I knew it was the answer I'd been praying for. I spend a lot of time on here for support and good ideas/advice. Friend me so I can keep up with how you are doing. Good luck to you Bob.

Hi Bob, I started vaping towards the end of November last year and really have not felt the need to smoke since. It really works for me and I can't see myself going back to cigarettes. I tend to vape in a similar pattern to which I smoked, meaning I use my pV for 5-10 mins every hour or so and don't generally have it in my mouth all the time.

I have been using 36mg juice which I feel gives me the nic that i need (used to smoke thick roll ups) and I think that this high level nic juice has been central to my success. So I would suggest Getting some extra strong juice, if even only for when you get a craving for a real cigarette and need that extra nic hit.

Good luck, take it one day at a time and you should find that after a while vaping just becomes second nature and cigarettes are no longer part of your life.

welcome bob. stick with this, it will change your life immensely. these are all great suggestions. a riva/eGo is definitely the way to go. a number of my friends have been converted with this set up. the sites listed are good places to get your gear. the best set up for your situation is the eGo/riva, a Cartomizer, and a Drip Tip. The Drip Tip lets you add more drops directly on the cartridge so you don't have to open anything up. the battery lasts a long time and you can use the same Cartomizer for quite a while once you find a juice you like.

Steps:
Charge eGo
Screw on Cartomizer
When you get that bad taste or much less vapor, put another 5 drops in the drip tip. Wait about 5 minutes to have everything soak in.
It doesn't get any easier than that :)

just be careful you don't start ordering tons of stuff like i did. i have so much junk now because i kept trying things out. these forums are great and always good advice if you post exactly what you're going to order and what others think about it.

Thanks CSKent, I want to try and find some cinnemon juice to try also. At least I think I'm off to a good start.

This is the best cinnamon juice I've found hot cinnamon candy e liquid. It's strong and sweet and tastes just like the cinnamon red hots from when I was a kid. The problem with cinnamon is that it'll stay in your atty for a long time and it overpowers most all other flavors. I just put it in a cartomizer so I don't have flavor crossover in my atomizer. Some menthols and coffee flavors do the same thing.

Hi Bob:)

Welcome to the forum. There are always nubes here who feel just like you do, I am one of them. I can tell you that one of these times, it's just going to "click". Something will clarify and then it just gets easier as you go. You'll get there, promise.

One important thing I would really like to say is Bob, there is NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU! Believe that. The reason that none of those other attempts worked is simply because those products are no good. Those stinking tobacco companies own our government, airwaves and advertisements. You were targeted, analysed and then bombarded for 60 years with highly sophisticated, multi-pronged psychological attacks, not to mention the target specific drugs and additives designed specifically to keep you addicted even after you "quit nicotine". Trust me Bob, no one can withstand that kind of attack for long.

If you've a mind to, read up on the tobacco industry in the USA, particularly their lobbyist and court battles. They are criminals - there! I said it. And should be ground into the deepest darkest hell-hole known to man. I started my research at the American Cancer Society, they are wonderfully informative.

Depression, confusion and misdirection are standard tools in their warped death kits. Don't let them win this battle over your mind. It's THEM, NOT YOU who has something wrong in their heads. They have cash registers instead of hearts.

Just keep coming here and best of luck with your Vaping....Sorry for the outburst, I just don't have the words to express my deep seeded hatred for the tobacco industry and the 'paid for by the industry' elected officials who keep backing them. Those poor third world countries who are now the repository for tobacco's "emerging markets" - those poor souls don't have a chance. But with e-cigarettes, we do. I never in a million years thought i would say this, but thank you China.

Hello all, my name is Bob & I'm coming up on age 62. I've been smoking since I'm 13yoa. In my 30's & 40's I was up to about 2-2.5 packs a day. I'm down to 1 pack a day for the last couple of years but can't get away completely. I've got an ICD for my heart and COPD. I don't know whats wrong with my head. I've tried hypnosis, nicrotrol & pills from the DR. so this for me is a must.
I've been reading here for about 8 hrs.since yesterday & I'm more confused than ever. I think I've narrowed it down to either a DSE 108 OR a 510 Dura/Titan/Yeti. I want something that comes with a PCC if possible, able to refill from a juice bottle. I also need to know what accessories to buy along with my initial purchase,IE:extra batteries, juice etc. I wan't to have enough to last me at least 30-45 days without running out so I can not be tempted to touch an analog as you call it. As for the two I listed above I do not know who makes them or where to buy.
If any of you have a better suggestion please let me know. Your help is truly appreciated. Thanks,Bob

Bob,

here's what you need.

Get the 510 or upgrade to the eGo. The only real difference between the two is longer battery life on the eGo. So convenience. If you go with the eGo, the PCC is pretty much not needed, but there is an eGo PCC.

You will want extra atomizers. A kit normally comes with two atomizers, buy an extra four just to be safe, for a total of six.

If you decide to drip, you'll want a couple of drip tips. If you decide you want to go the traditional filler route, you'll need that filler. I bought a big bag of fluval at the local pet store ( fish accessories ) for less than 2 dollars.

Thats the easy part.

Now for the hard part:

Everyone is different when it comes to nicotine levels. It almost always requires some experimentation on the part of the user to find the right level. Here is what I think is the best way to do this as a new user.

Buy six bottles of juice...yeah six. Three flavors, three bottles of high nic content and three bottles low or 0 nic of the exact same flavors. this way you can mix high nic down to a lower nic should you need to. If the high nic is right for you, then the low nic is something you can vape in between nic fits. It really helps.

Also. most juices are going to need to age a bit before they really come into their own. So once everything has arrived, wait a week, then get started vaping.

Juice vendors I like are:

backwoodsbrew.net
- Maxboro is great, Applewood ( let age for a week )

Tasty Vapor - this site sells much larger bottles, no samples, but you can buy 2oz bottle of 0 nic to mix flavors down. Most bang for buck and really good juices too. Stay clear of anything cinnamon there unless youre ready to be slapped in the face. I love their atomic cinnacide but its a bit much for some people.

Vaporbomb.com - I really like vaporbomb juices but it ALL has to age for me. Their french vanilla is one of the best juices Ive had after its aged about two weeks. Before that it was horrible. Their flavor of the week this wek is caramel candy which is just a great vape.

Where to buy:

Liberty Flights consistently has the best price on eGo kits. be sure to take advantage of their 20% discount ( click it in the upper left hand corner of their webpage ) They have good deals on extra batteries and they are also very reliable if anything goes wrong with your equipment. They respond quickly and professionally.

Hope this helps
