I got my V4L Shortie kit a few days ago. I have some questions that have probably been answered elsewhere but I haven't been dig them out in any of my searches.

With my cartomizers, can I refill them with a flavor other than the one that was already in there or will it taste completely weird? Or is there a way to clean these out to the point where you can't taste the old flavor?? Also, I ordered a nic strength that is way too high for me. So I blew a cart out a bit and put 10 drops of distilled water. It seems that I have flooded it because it is gurgling and not producing any vapor. Is there any saving the carto?? Or is it done for because it's flooded??

I either refill with a compatible flavor or I rinse them out. To rinse just pop off the white cap, pull out the oring then run it under hot tap water, blowing through the mouth end occasionally to force the water and juice through. I keep that up until the batting looks clean and it has no smell of the old flavor. Usually about thirty seconds. Then I blow very hard several times to force the last of the water out and dab up any excess with a paper towel, even the moisture on the inside edges. Some let them air dry from there but I just refill right away with no issues.

If you want to cut the strength of a carto down I do not recommend water, pick up some Vegetable Glycerin from CVS or walmart. It needs to say USP on it. I found mine in a clear plastic bottle in CVS near the face creams.

Forgive this cheap reply, I too am new to this forum and I want to see my signature. :) I think I've said this in every post I've made, but thanks again to everyone on here. I'm attempting my first hasty refill here on my desk at work and it seems ok. I'll let it settle then try it out in the car on the way home. It feels good knowing I'm helping myself health-wise and saving money too... unlike dieting where eating healthier seems to be so much more expensive. Oh well, one thing at a time. :)
