Anyway back to vaping. (I've invested quite a bit, as you do) in vape gear. I have a few mods. A copper stingray mech, currently wearing an Atlantis. A black istick, with a full sized Nautilus. A 4nine mech, which I am not having any success with, due to flat top batteries. About 4 egos. And a Poldiac mech, which I bought in a weird 18500 size. I plan to buy another in 18650 and have some spares. All that in 3 months. Plus a .... load of mixing supplies and equipment. 3 RDAs an RTA and a few more tanks, cartos and clearos.

Hello Matt and welcome to ECF! I hope you like being here and I warmly welcome you here :)

I'm still battling cigs as I ran out of liquid and only had zero-nic base at hand, but I have an order for 12mg liquids and bases arriving today.

If you are interested kn my gear progression during my vaping time, it's here:

1. Various chinese eGo clones/batteries

2. L-Rider Mini Lambo

3. Diablo Reaver mechanical and Garage of Creation H-Dripper

4. Is my yet-to-arrive custom 26650 mechanical&chip hybrid boxmod along with some liquids.

All in all I have probaby spent around 100€ on various ego/ego style pen-ish devices before I found mechanicals, which I have quite a collection nowadays (Glas clone, iChybrid, Caravela clone, 4nine clone + Diablo Reaver)

Edit: sorry, completely missed that you already own rebuildables, stupid sleepy me

(I suggest you to experiment with rebuildable tanks, for example, Vicious Ant Kraken, which is a genesis atty, aka you wick it with stainless steel mesh. If the 150€/$170 pricetag seems a bit too high for you, you could get a clone. Another good choice for a genny-atty is the Smok RSST with pyrex tank, cheap, authentic and easy to rebuild as the wick hole is insulated so there should be no shorts between coil and mesh.)

Feel free to PM me if you want more info on rebuildables or anything for that matter :)

Stay safe and vape on!

Thank you Lova for the warm welcome. I have had nothing but friendly people saying hello and advising me from day one here. It really is encouraging. I am getting on alright with what I've bought. But I am wondering if there is much of a difference in scenes between UK and elsewhere. It does seem that (on the internet at least) that us Brits have more conservative needs, preferring discrete, flavour chasing devices rather than big cloud producing kit. I have looked at genesis atties and I just might get one soon -It will be a clone because I have already spent far too much on my new hobby!

Nice to hear, I personally belong to both camps of vapers, cloud chasers and flavor chasers as i use kind of 'hybrid' drippers with setups made to maximize amount of vapor and flavor at the same time. E.g. large amount of airflow and small chamber and max vg liquids.

It's surprisingly normal here to find people who do both, cloud chasing and flavor chasing, here in Finland, even though vaping must be more common in the UK than in here :)

Edit: As far as cheap gear goes, you can get authentics for about 20 pounds, like Youde atomizers, here for example is one genesis atty with pyrex tank for £20:
