Hey guys n gals, been off the cigs for 3 months after smoking for 10 yrs amd 7 months. Had my first son on Sept. 10, haven't smoked since he was born.

I've run these 2 1300mAh spinners from the beginning, first with a CE4, then the Protank II.

Now, its my understanding that a better battery will improve my experience. Looking at the sigelei ZMAX 3, with the new Protank 3. Any other suggestions? Was thinking Vamo. But zmax seems better build....

go big or go home :) pick yourself up a provari from provape with their 10% discount today only and have a blast!

Hmmm provari is still getting attention these days eh? I remember 3 years ago, it was all the rage on here. Glad to see some quality pieces still out there :p

Guitar: i had one of the older versions of the LavaTube or whathaveyou name they give it these days, but that thing was a solid machine back then, and i'm sure it's probably better now. I've seen a buncha merchants selling it, i'm sure you wont have a problem finding one. Some ppl called it comparable to the provari back then, except cheaper ... but mine had lasted me 2 years before i set it down and went back to the stinkies. Probaly still would work too if i could just find it... :(

3 months on a twist - what great self control - I upgraded every week for 2 months

been using Vamo 2's since May - like them - just stripped the 510 threads on one of them (forgot to put the mini vivi nova ego beauty ring back on to prevent over tightening) still works good with ego thread clearos (mini protank 2)
Have a Zmax3 on order from Fasttech since mid Nov - hopefully I will get it before next year

Either one - do not order batteries that have "fire" in the name ie: trustfire, truefire etc. do not get protected 18650 batteries as they will not fit in the vamo - unprotected is fine because the mods have the protection circuitry built into them - IMR, efest, sony, Panasonic are all good brands
get a Nitecore intellicharger i2 or i4 charger from amazon (get some Kanthal A1 resistance wire while you are there and start rebuilding your protank heads )

Provari's are great - but they are only VV so you need to memorize a volt/resistance chart where as a VW device (like the 2 you are looking at) is much simpler to deal with

hope this helps

Know what's funny? My job hated that I would go smoke every hr and half while on the job...then a week after I start vaping, corporate sends out a storewide email, to notify all employees that ecigs can't be used in store. Period. Even on lunch break.......?!

The day I went to work for my dad in his retail store (after selling mine because he begged me to come work for him) he started a no smoking policy in the store.

Dakota, thanks for your input! I bought some wick and wire, and apparently I just suck ... at wrapping. Shorted 3/4 of every coil I made. Got fed up and went and got heads from shop for $5 each :(

Found a deal on ebay for $69.99 for the zmax3 w/ sigelei branded batteries (350/650) and charger...free ship.
Best deal I've found so far...

I got a Sigelei Legend in the mail from varitube. I have had it for about 5 hours now, so I can't attest to it's longevity. But I can tell you it's a pretty nice piece of gear nice oled display, and the tubes are pretty heavy duty. You have to wand it to get to the menu, then tilt it right or left to adjust the setting up or down. But I got the mod, an efest 18350 and 18650 and a cheapy bakup charger for $69 shipped. You might want to check it out.

I'm gonna go chrck that one out. Thanks! You mean you actually tilt it like a joystick?? And it adjusts???

This video will explain it better than I possilby could. Before you go thinking I am crazy, it really does have amazing build quality for the price. It's sort of a beefy evic that you goes up to 6v and doesn't have the flimsy tubes, but you can't hook it up to your computer.
