...I also want to reduce nicotine amounts at my own rate (not pre prescribed by anyone). Currently I'm down to 12mg, but their next step is 6mg and I just know that's not going to work well for me.

Howdy and welcome to ECF!. One of the great things about using e-juice is you can mix 'em up a bit. I started out at 6mg and had one bottle of 12 in case I felt the need. I didn't so I stuck with 6. Now I mix the 6 with 0mg to get 3-4 mg and I'm still analog free. You can do the same, reduce the 12 to 8mg by mixing in some 0.

Congrats on giving up analogs. Vaping is way better. Aside from the health benefits there's the variety of flavors and the ability to vape almost anywhere. For me though, it did take a while to get over that craving after eating. That was always one time that vaping just didn't do it. 2 years later that urge is gone and I'm still vaping.

thanx and great advise!
I'm already mixing and matching the different flavors I purchase until they hit the spot....I often think about starting DYI juices...mainly because I'd like a bit more flavoring in it and purchased ones seem a bit too subtle to me
