Go to Settings. Section My Profile -> Edit Avatar

Welcome to ECF. You will find that you are going to enjoy vaping a lot more than you thought you enjoyed smoking. More fiddle-y but lots more fun.

I think you can do your picture stuff in your Profile page and through edit picture. Not sure.
