Do you like the draw of the et-s tanks? I used those also for awhile. Or do you feel like the draw is too tight?
The reason I ask this is because if you are satisfied with these and they work for you, you may want the next purchase to be an adjustable voltage/wattage battery to make those tanks really shine! The aspire line has recently changed their coils, and can handle more power.
Maybe a Vision spinner or Innokin VV v3 so you can turn up the heat so to speak. It will give you the option to dial in your sweet spot.
When I used et-s tanks they had bottom dual coils ( bdc ) and now they have bottom vertical coils ( bvc ).
I was happy at 8 watts with the old coils and used the new coils at 11 watts and the flavor improved drastically!

I would see if a local B&M would allow you to try an adjustable voltage/wattage battery with the tank you already have with the juice you already like and just dial it up to see if it improves flavor ( it will ). If you are happy with the flavor and draw of the et-s tanks keep using them.
A little more play room with voltage can make a world of difference.
I think people really try to give good advise but forget what it was like when they started, and the new equipment is coming out sooo fast and is improving!
But not everyone needs or wants 30-50 plus watts and rebuild drippers.... LOL My sister in law vaped only cig a likes for 10 months and was done smoking and vaping by 14 month.... Whatever it takes to get you to wherever you want is what will work best for you. Good luck
