Brand new to vaping starting for real on Monday just playing around with new toy for now to learn I purchased an eleaf tc40w with herakles plus sub ohm tank and was wondering if it was a decent set up. I'm gonna be using to guit smoking so I just want to make sure I'm set up properly thanks for your feedback ahead of time have a good day

Why not? Sounds good to me.
Collect some mods and tanks, mix and match with the ones that suit your style.
I don't go much over 15-20w without temp control, and then maybe 35-40w...
I'm steering clear of tanks reputed to only get going at 40w... but that's just me.
People love that tank.
One thing I'm not to sure about is if I'm using temp control properly or if I'm using it at all because I read somewhere you needed nickel coil or something like that ! And I'm pretty sure the coils that come with that tank are stainless steel and the store that sold it to me the dude asked me if I was a heavy smoker and he set up my battery at 26.2w 350f 0.44ohm and3.38v so I guess what I'm trying to ask is for a bit more education on my set up looked on net but find it to overwhelming and to afraid to play with set up afraid to screw up my machine
Yes, for an advanced vaper only. Suggest you put the sub-ohm tank aside for a while and read:
