Yes - have thought about that. An Iolite in metal that was cool could probably be made, but the machine would have to be bigger and it would cost more too so it probably wouldn't be marketable.
I'm not complaining here as we are lucky to have vaping equipment at all.
If vaping becomes more popular, and I think it will, the money in the industry will mean research and things getting smaller - an Iolite of the future that was lighter and looked like a tobacco pipe would be superb for me.
I've read rumours of a electronic shisha pipe (hookah) being planned and look forward to that with great interest.
