I will start with my e-cig story first. My first experience with ecigs was terrible, I bought a cheap POC from a local smoke shop one day to try to help me get off of analogs. Needless to say the performance was terrible and it was almost as expensive as smoking real cigarettes, so I gave up on it after about a week of use. Fast forward a year and a half of smoking a pack every day or two depending on work/school loads. I got tired of cigarettes. Plain and simple, but I could not find a way to stop at all I tried patches pills lozenges cold turkey you name it I tried it. So I started to do some research on e-cigs, and after a couple weeks of perusing forums and checking out video reviews on youtube I ended up purchasing a Joye 510-T. I absolutely love the little thing and the best part is filling the carts myself and I am able to mix and match my flavors and overall I am pretty pleased with it. Now a few things, I want to know if and where I can get mods to change the voltage, smoke output, maybe a better battery to attach to the atomizer that kind of thing and I do not even know where to start.

1 Month Analog Free, No intention to ever go back! I just want to get some tips to figure out how to make this thing 100% perfect!

If you're a tinkerer like me, you'd be hard-pressed to check out Madvapes.com for all kinds of modding/building accessories from individual parts to complete kits that you only have to cut and solder a little bit to have a functional, user-friendly mod that will outperform some higher-priced store-bought mods. They also offer a few low-priced, ready-made mods to help get your feet wet with higher voltage and VV. Good luck!

Not sure if your inquiring about building a mod or looking for a mod. If you're wanting to get into mod building madvapes has a VV kit that's easy, comes with everything you need and will get you some experience in building or you can check out the moders forum and start from scratch, it's really not that hard.

I would highly recommend no matter which route you go to get VV, it just makes things so much easier.

If you're talking about buying a mod that would depend on what your looking for and budget. If your looking for a tube, the tube style vv mods are $100 and up. You can get vv box mods for less and there are many of those around, check out madvapes, they have a completed one and you can find many people doing custom builds in the modders suppliers section near the bottom of the main page.

Plastic box mod VV with switching regulator (give better battery life) $55 (plus you need to get charger and batteries)

I doubt you will find cheaper with the evercool/switching circuit.

You cannot shop there yet. You need 5 non-spammed posts or replies in New Members and an hour's wait.

Also, if you search around the modding forum of ECF you might find instructions for a VV box, dunno about the evercool stuff (that's something modders have been adding to their better vv's recently). For a plain 3.7v or 5v box, Madvapes.com has really cheap kits.

Even 3.7 will give you more heat than a slim 510.
