Newsletter sign up queston

Hi Brandon...quick question for ya.

For those of us already signed up to receive the newsletter, will checking the boxes for:

I'd like to receive your newsletter
I'd like to receive special offers


cause the system to send out more than one to that email address? Or will not checking the box remove us from the list for newsletters?

When you check the boxes for the first time, you are added to the list. If you check them again at a later date, the system compares it to what is there and neither duplicates nor deletes it. I have done this myself and receive only one copy of each email that goes out. There is info at the bottom of each email for those who would like to be removed from the list when they choose. So, if you do not check the boxes on subsequent orders, you will still be on the list until you request to be removed. I hope that clears it up!

Brandon, I forgot to ask:

I was wondering if you could publish in each newsletter all the testing flavors that have had their recipes finalized and put into the regular categories. Also you could put it in news and updates. Preferably both. What do you think?

Great idea! That certainly would make sense so people are aware that they have moved. Unfortunately, it is very hard to move things out of the testing area with the amount of feedback we actually get. Some things get stuck in there for a long time because we just don't have enough incoming information to know what everyone thinks. The ratio of testing area items purchased to actual surveys received is so low that I am thinking about making a big change to how the testing area works. I already have an idea of what I might do, but if you (or anyone for that matter) has any suggestions on how to increase response, I would love to hear it.

We also haven't actually done a newsletter in awhile, but I do feel that another one will be coming along fairly soon. Thanks for the suggestion!

Your ideas are probably better than mine but here goes:

How about offering a limited number in each flavor free OR free with a certain $ amount purchase and require the questionnaire thoroughly filled out and returned within a month and if not they get charged the full price ($5).

Another thought, use same system as now, but offer another $4 bottle once the flavor is finalized to the peeps that return the questionnaire.

Hmmm... Well, your first idea wouldn't work for us since we don't keep credit card info on file. We are unable to go in and charge after the fact. Your second idea is a little closer to what I'm thinking though, where the reward for doing the survey comes after it is completed rather than before.

Hopefully based on my review and others that have been similar it will happen sooner than later. I NEED this stuff! Much love and respect for adding this wonderful vape into the world! Go with a smaller nic level as this stuff is addictive!

I dunno Scott, I'm having a little trouble telling weather you like it or not! Heh heh, I'm glad you feel that it is such a home run. Ms T was pretty happy with that one right from the start too, so I don't see it being in testing for all that long.

Ha! Yeah, I don't do a whole lot of raving and cheer-leading and it was late so it probably seems odd coming from me. But I really think, like you said, that this one is a home run for me anyway. Looking forward to testing out the Gourmet Vanilla on the 9th.
